RETURNS

Our Return policy is 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The 14 days starts upon receiving the package. If you have not contacted us via email before the 14 days have passed the item will be considered un-returnable.

No refunds or exchanges  for items purchased while on sale, with any coupon code, gift certificate, or any other discount method. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Because we partner with many different wholesale suppliers and manufactures each return/exchange/refund process is different. So should you need to return an item, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items from your order.

Note:  Returns cannot be accepted without our Return Authorization. Our partners do not deal with the general public as they are B2B companies only. Any attempt to go directly to them will be ignored, we will receive a notification, and you will be referred back to us. If this happens your account will be locked and funds frozen until further notice and no refunds/exchanges will be given.

Note: Certain items are non returnable as per the manufacture/warehousing partner and will not be covered by this policy. If an item is a non returnable item it will be displayed as such in the items description. All sales of those products are final unless otherwise noted in the description as “returnable if damaged on arrival”. It is important to understand that with those items it is you (the customers) responsibility to understand and make sure the item you are ordering is the correct one/size/flavor etc…

Acceptable Reasons for Returns = our fault

  • Damaged in transit – Package arrived damaged. If the package is damaged take pictures of the damage before unpacking item and after unpacking take pictures of the item itself and any damage.
  • The wrong Item was shipped – Item is not what is on the order/invoice
  • Item is faulty – Item did not function as intended when received
  • Item is expired – If it is a perishable item and it was shipped out while past its expiry date

Non Acceptable reasons for return = your fault

  • Buyer’s remorse – feelings of guilt for spending the money, wishing you purchased a different color, design, or item, sobering up, your friends or family don’t like it, found it cheaper, etc….
  • Ordered wrong size – We provide detailed sizing information for all products that require it. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they are ordering the correct size by using the information in the sizing charts.
  • You broke it – If you break it, and it is considered outside of normal use

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Double check the checkout information is correct.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Make sure you are available during the time frame the package is estimated to arrive. Pay attention to the tracking.

Apparel, Accessories, Home décor, and other products

Returns are accepted for 14 days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately issue a credit to the same credit card used to pay for the goods. Credits usually take 10-14 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Note that freight charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send the appropriate information about how and where to send the item for exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping for Exchanges or Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise noted or agreed upon.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unless otherwise noted or agreed upon.

If we have offered to pay for the return shipping you will need to pay the shipping when returning the item. Email us the receipt for the shipping cost to verify against the package.

Then as per the agreement made we will add the amount as either a store credit, added back to credit the card used in the original purchase, or in the case of a refund it will be added to the refunded amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
